Natalie qualified as a Dental Nurse from the Eastman Dental Hospital in 2007. She originally started working with us as a Dental Nurse and has also worked here as a Receptionist. She has been the Practice Manager here since January 2011. She has a great deal of experience in hospital dentistry and research at UCLH and the Eastman Dental Hospital.
She is our complaints co-ordinator; her responsibilities also include ensuring the practice's compliance with the Care Quality Commission and clinical governance and managing staff.
